This dehumidifier can be drained in two ways. One is by manual drainage which is done manually by simply emptying the unit’s water bucket when it becomes full. The SD-30E is equipped with a full bucket indicator light and an automatic shut-off control to avoid overflow accidents. The continuous drainage feature works by connecting a drainage hose (not included) to the port and direct the hose into a nearby drain. Water from the unit will continuously flow out of the hose.
